At the Black History and Lifestyle Award (BHLA), we are dedicated to fostering sustainable development, economic empowerment and cultural leadership across the Black community.

1. Empowering Entrepreneurs and SMEs
We champion the growth of Black-owned businesses by facilitating access to global markets, resources and mentorship. By partnering with industry leaders and providing tools for success, we help Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) overcome barriers, scale their operations and participate in global supply chains.
Our initiatives include:
Distributing learning materials and educational tools.
Partnering with schools and organizations to host leadership development programs.
Providing career guidance and internship opportunities through our mentorship network.
2. Driving Youth Development
The next generation holds the potential to shape a better future. BHLA is committed to equipping young people with the knowledge, skills and resources they need to lead and innovate. We focus on mentorship, leadership training and educational opportunities tailored to their aspirations.
