Lula Davis-Holmes
Lula Davis-Holmes was elected as the first black female Mayor of Carson. Immediately prior to that, spanning over a decade, Mayor Davis-Holmes served the City of Carson as a City Councilmember.

started with a simple but powerful mission; to honor and recognize the exceptional achievements of Black individuals and businesses worldwide. Over the years, this award has become a symbol of inspiration, celebrating those who have broken barriers, created lasting legacies and contributed significantly to their communities in countries like Nigeria, the United Kingdom and the United States. Inspired by the remarkable stories of resilience and success, we expanded our mission. Thus, the Black History and Lifestyle International Investment Summit & Trade Expo was born.
